Introduction to filter box

The filter system provides Class D quality air for respirator users. The first stage filters out water and particles, the second stage condensation filter eliminates oil mist and ultra-fine particles, and the third stage removes organic gases and peculiar smells. 

The filter change indicator is standard in all three stages. The filtration efficiency is 99.99%@0.01 micron. The built-in carbon monoxide monitor uses dual 9V DC batteries, 8-16V DC or 115V AC for continuous detection. External alarm and light signal indicate high CO content. The point of connection (POA) box can use the respirator from 300 feet away. All breathing air filter boxes adopt a closed design to prevent internal contamination.
