Assembly Cartridge to Half Mask

Half Facepiece Respirator Assembly includes a Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator and two Particulate Filters. This assembly for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. When properly fitted, this respirator helps provide protection in a variety of applications including welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, soldering, and exposure to lead asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL).

Assembly Cartridge to Half Mask:

1. Align cartridge notch with narrow on the half mask, and push together.
2. Turn the right cartridge clockwise (1/4 turn) to stop.
3. Turn the left cartridge counter- clockwise (1/4 turn) to stop.
4. Install the other side of the filter according to 1,2,3 steps counter clockwise.
